British Thinspomania!

Hi, I don't even need to do Kate Middleton and Kate Moss. There is already so much thinspiration from them. Here are some we see less on the web.

AUDREY HEPBURN
She stayed thin all her life, except after pregnancy. She lost all the flab after pregnancy anyway.

Thin in 1950, thin during the 1960s and thin in 1991.
Isn't she amazing? I understand I have to be sensitive here, as she was a child during World War 2 and was malnourished, but maintaining her weight all her life even after earning lots of money is truly an amazing feat.

EFFY STONEM
Not a real person, a character on a TV show called Skins. She is played by Kaya Scodelario, who was thin when she played Effy.

Her style is great too. If you want to emulate it, however, you'll have to get thin. This kind of thing suits only thin people.

If you ever do watch this show, Effy will captivate you. I'm serious. It's impossible not to be attracted to her.

Warning: Watching her kind of makes you want to smoke and do drugs, so be careful.

Thin people look good in all clothes. Remember that.



CASSIE AINSWORTH
Another Skins character, portrayed by Hannah Murray.

She is anorexic, with other problems. She is my favourite TV show character because she is the most complex one I've ever seen. What's not to like?

VICTORIA BECKHAM
Last one for now. I know she has been featured quite a lot, but I just have to write about one thing. She has more kids than Audrey Hepburn, and is still thin. What's her secret?

Victoria Beckham refused to eat cake on her birthday. She had fruits instead, and probably didn't eat the chocolate syrup.

I ought to try refusing cake for my birthday. What about you?
